Minerals – they are cristal structures and admixtures of chemical elements. Minerals are mainly solid and cristal ones, sometimes they are amorfous. Mercury is the only mineral which is liquid.                                             

Most minerals are ionic and Covalent admixtures. We very seldom meet admixtures received with relationship between metals. As for molecular admixtures, they are very rare.

The properties of minerals are conditioned by their structure and composition. Because of Isomorfism, Microusameness, structural disorder and defects the properties of natural crystal minerals are not always constant. The main phisical properties of minerals are: Shape, height, stratify, colour, brilliance, transparency and so on.
